A quick walkthrough for sharing a film through Google Drive. Follow these seven steps and your submission will be ready for admin review.
Add your movie file (MP4, MKV, etc.) to your Google Drive account. Make sure the file is fully uploaded and plays correctly there before you continue.
Right-click the file in Drive, choose Share, and set General access to “Anyone with the link can view”. Our player needs this to preview the video during review.
Head to the Submit page and click the “New Submission” button to open the submission dialog.
Copy the share link from Drive and paste it into the “Google Drive Link” field at the top of the form.
Click “Test Play” to confirm the video loads. If it doesn't play, double-check the sharing setting from step 2.
Search the title to auto-fill the poster, genres, rating, and overview from TMDB. If your film isn't on TMDB, enter a title manually instead.
Click “Submit Movie”. Our admins review every submission before it goes live, so your film appears in the catalog once it's approved.
Quick tip
The most common reason a submission is rejected is a private Drive link. Always set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view” before you paste the link.
